Version 1.0 · Effective October 11, 2026
This policy explains when a provider may receive a Penalty Credit, how much it is, how it is collected and how to appeal. It is part of our Terms of Service.
A Penalty Credit is an amount a provider owes the platform. It is listed with its order, reason and status in your wallet's penalty history, and it is deducted from your next withdrawal. It is never taken from payments still held for an order, and your Income Credits are not reduced until you withdraw.
Only after a paid order was refunded in full to the client because the session was not delivered, for one of these reasons:
A refund by itself is not a penalty. If we find you were not at fault, no penalty applies. Our team may also apply a penalty for another serious breach of our Terms of Service; the same notice and appeal apply.
The first two times, you receive a warning in your Team chat. After that, each one adds a strike, and strikes can pause your chat, starting with 1 day. A Penalty Credit applies only if this continues after your chat has been paused for it.
20% of the refunded order's price the first time, 50% the second time, and 100% after that, counted over the last 180 days.
We notify you in the app, by email, Telegram and push, with the order, the reason, the amount and the policy version. Every penalty also appears in your penalty history.
Contact our support within 7 days of the notice and include the order ID. If your appeal succeeds, the penalty is removed, or returned to your Income Credits if it was already collected.

It is deducted from your next withdrawal. If a payout is returned by your bank, the penalty is owed again, not lost.
We may update this policy from time to time. Each version is listed below with its effective date, and we post a new version on this page before it takes effect. A penalty is decided under the version in effect when the order was refunded, and that version is shown next to each penalty in your history. By continuing to use the platform after a new version takes effect, you accept it.
