Every in-person booking must take place in a public place, where other people are around. It keeps both of you safe and keeps the booking about the activity.
Shopping malls and markets
Cafés, restaurants, hawker centres and food courts
Parks, beaches, streets and other open-air places
Museums, galleries, landmarks and tourist attractions
Public sports venues, such as courts, bowling alleys and climbing gyms
Private karaoke rooms (KTV), at any karaoke chain or venue
Hotel rooms, serviced apartments and short-stay rentals
Anyone's home, yours or the other person's
Any other private or closed room, such as private dining rooms, private cinema or gaming rooms and rented rooms
Ask: can other people see us? If it is a room with a door that closes, just for the two of you, it is not allowed. Choose a public place instead.
